What to expect
Second annual fun-filled getaway to the Nine Quarter Circle Ranch! Hosted by a fellow Mountain Meadows Family - Enjoy the beautiful scenery and various ranch activities with fellow Mountain Meadows families.
We’ll have a family-style dinner, silent auction, bonfire and an overnight stay in the charming rustic cabins. All proceeds directly benefit the school program and are applied to operating costs, program and staff development.
Check-in, Friday September 19: 4:30pm-5pm followed by dinner and bonfire (weather permitting)
Check-out, Saturday September 20 by 10am if staying overnight in the cabins

FAQs
Is this a public or Mountain Meadows only event?
Friday dinner will be limited to current Mountain Meadows families as the ranch kitchen can only accommodate up to a certain amount of families.
What sort of activities should we expect?
Friday dinner will be preceded by a small happy hour and various ranch activities. Dinner will be followed up by a bonfire, dependent on weather.
What time do things kick-off?
Check-in on Friday September 19 will be between 4:30pm-5pm to make sure folks have time to come down from Bozeman and surrounding areas.
What should we bring?
The event will be BYOB. The ranch and the volunteers hosting the event are not liable for alcohol. Therefore if you’d like additional beverages, please bring your own.

All proceeds will directly be treated as a donation to Mountain Meadows. If booking a cabin, your dinner on Friday is included in your cabin rate.

Join us in the Gym at the Hope Lutheran Community Facility: donate or exchange your used kids clothing - bring a bag and take what you need.
Clothing donation is not required to participate. $5 donation suggested.
We are accepting clean clothing for children ages 0-12 years.
